Data Analytics

At DCMA, OTOT develops integrated dashboards that consolidate data across multiple departments and functions, providing a detailed view into the production and delivery aspects of the acquisition lifecycle. Our team offers expertise in scaling dashboards alongside a growing data analytics program. We provide strategic recommendations, including a practical implementation plan that incorporates cutting-edge technology solutions that meet security standards.
Data Strategy and Governance

In developing the DCMA CDO strategy, our team conducts thorough analyses of industry and government standards to make program decisions. We provide recommendations for leadership based on our review of standards, policy requirements, and industry best practices. We establish governing bodies for AI-driven data capabilities, we inventory and track use cases, and we develop evaluation processes for use cases and tool procurement.
Data Integration, Management, and Quality

We excel at integrating data frameworks into broader operational, engineering, and IT governance frameworks. Our goal is to reduce silos and promote collaboration across departments. And we develop AI with human collaboration in mind to provide the quality, accuracy, and insights that advance business decisions and operations. Our experience is particularly strong in supporting key DOD agencies, including DHA, DFAS, DCMA, and DLA. We provide quality assurance for over 40 complex business, financial, and health applications. These applications are critical to the contracting, finance, health, and logistics processes used by all 34 DOD agencies.
Business Intelligence

OTOT develops and manages DCMA dashboarding, which includes automated data import, ingestion, cleansing, and curation for all the dashboards used by the agency and across relevant DOD departments. We also defined the various data interfaces across each program. These steps fuel useful and repeatable data visualization capabilities. Power BI is the primary data analytics solution, enabling seamless, secure connections to on-premises and cloud-based data sources across the data landscape.
Health Informatics

OTOT provides critical health IT analytics and IV&V support. We serve as the primary automation partner for Military Health Systems (MHS) GENESIS testing. We provide key DHA systems support, including bi-directional VA data exchange through FEHRM and JHIE. OTOT preserves clinical data flow between DOD military treatment facilities, the VA, and private sector partners, supporting the MHS objective of establishing a longitudinal health record and advancing care at both the patient and population levels.
Facilities and Data Engineering

OTOT also manages the Medical Enterprise Test Innovation Center (METIC). We provide all infrastructure, network, and physical and virtual security for the METIC, in addition to our operational test (OT) responsibilities for military services field medical operations. As part of our role for the DOD, we enabled the successful adoption of RPA and AI for software testing, data generation, enterprise hosting, cybersecurity, infrastructure virtualization, and data center transformation.
