Agentic AI
'Agentic' defines an automated process that takes action according to results it generates. These automations execute logical steps based on business rules, complete complex process sequences without human intervention, and communicate with people when they require further input. OTOT uses Agentic AI at DHA PEO DHMS and DHA SDD to accelerate task orchestration and reduce the time and resources required to manage mission business.

RPA Bot Development
OTOT received the PEO DHMS Innovation Award for 2020 as we successfully established a robotic process automation (RPA) program and implemented automations for test and evaluation with bots to handle three major business operations. Development included building bots for test data generation, mapping clinical workflows, and migrating legacy automation test scripts to the RPA solution. At DHA, we deploy over 400 automation scripts annually to automate business, clinical, and financial workflows. And at NAVSEA, we operate over 50 test automation processes, having developed 30 new RPA bots from 20 process mining results across the enterprise.

Intelligent Document Reading and Data Extraction
At DHA, OTOT uses UiPath Document Understanding to perform optical character recognition (OCR). Our automations process forms and invoices and automatically extract the necessary data to generate reports and perform reconciliations for audit purposes. These automations feed data automatically to government reporting and financial systems and automatically map form elements to required data fields with little human intervention. Our team completes these processes at over 95% accuracy.

Ethical AI Governance and Program Development
OTOT established an AI governance framework for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), including AI strategy, AI policy and compliance, an AI governance board, and the AI concept of operations (ConOps). Our AI program delivers an overview of the DCMA Chief Data Officer (CDO) data landscape, providing insights into the IT ecosystem that allows leaders to assess investments and priorities. Key areas include IT infrastructure, cloud migration, data analytics, and customer experience in contract administration.

Hands-on Experience in Asset, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Software Test Automation
OTOT developed and operates an enterprise asset lifecycle management (ALM) program using automation to monitor more than 25,000 hardware and software assets for compliance with audit requirements and license expiration, along with ServiceNow integration. We use OCR to automate invoice reconciliation. And we test over 40 mission-critical healthcare applications and systems for the DOD, working across multiple virtual environments, cybersecurity requirements, identity management processes, and patient safety guidelines.
